Estonian biathlon team for the Kontiolahti World Cup

The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 starts in less than two weeks. The Estonian national team is now selected.

Kontiolahti, Finland, from November 30 to December 8, is the place for this year’s biathlon World Cup premiere. Check out the Estonian national team for the events. 

In a press release on social media, the Estonian Biathlon Team has named its biathlon team for the World Cup premiere in Kontiolahti, Finland.

For the World Cup, Estonia will start with eight athletes plus one reserve athlete for each gender, for a total of ten biathletes. Estonia named five biathletes on the women’s side. Five athletes were also named for the Baltic country on the men’s side.

According to the Estonian Biathlon Team, “The World Cup team has been confirmed. Five women and five men will travel to the World Cup stage in Kontiolahti. Estonia has four starting places for both men and women.”
