Birkebeinerrennet Women’s Results: Solo Win For Astrid Øyre Slind

Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, won the 54-kilometer-long Birkebeinerrennet in a decisive solo breakaway today in Norway. 

Astrid Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, showed superior performance and won today’s Birkebeinerrennet, the twelfth event of Ski Classics Season XIV, and the fourth and final Grand Classics of the season. Øyre Slind completed the race in a total time of 2:50:44.5.

Second place went to Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, 59.6 seconds back. Third place went to Magni Smedås, Team Eksjöhus, 3:44.3 behind the winner.
