MATCH TV NEW MEDIA PARTNER IN RUSSIA
Visma Ski Classics season XI will in Russia be broadcasted on Match TV, the major sports channels in the country.
The success of the Visma Ski Classics Pro Team Russian Winter Team last season increased the interest for this long distance skiing nation in Russia. With Match TV as media partner it will be more accessible for Russian fans to follow the Pro Tour.
”The Russian market is important for us, being one of the largest ski nations with lots of cross country skiers, both professional and recreational. It’s hence important to have presence in Russia so we are pleased to have Match TV as our media partner. We look forward to welcome even more Russian Pro Teams and athletes to the tour in the future, and maybe a Russian Pro Tour event…” Says David Nilsson CEO Visma Ski Classics.
