Pro Team athletes dominate Åsarna Ski Marathon 2024

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Åsarna Ski Marathon, took place this Sunday with a 46km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Åsarna, Sweden. Excellent results for Pro Team athletes.

After a day of action in Sweden, the Ski Classics Challengers event, Åsarna Ski Marathon, saw a fierce Pro Team skiers’ battle for the podium places. Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, and Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, won their respective races with solid performances.

Åsarna Ski Marathon – 46km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, with a total time of 2:16:42.5.

Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden, finished in second place, 0.7 seconds back, followed by Axel Jutterström, Team Eksjöhus, 1.1 seconds behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

  1. Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, 2:16:42.5
  2. Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden, +0.7
  3. Axel Jutterström, Team Eksjöhus, +1.1
  4. Joel Andersson, Team Eksjöhus, +1.2
  5. Oskar Kardin, Lager 157 Ski Team, +1.7

Åsarna Ski Marathon – 46km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, completed the race in a time of 2:21:55.1.

Sofie Elebro, Team Eksjöhus, finished in second place, 7:58.1 behind, followed by Jenny Larsson, Team Ragde Charge, completing the podium in third position and 11:17.1 back.
