The Polish public service broadcaster TVP has been the media partner in Poland broadcasting Visma Ski Classics for six years. Now both parties have agreed to prolong the agreement for three years including the 2023/2024 season.

“We are satisfied to continue with TVP as our media partner in Poland, prolonging a long-lasting relationship. TVP public service channels distribute the Pro Tour to the many and committed cross country skiing fans in Poland. An important market for us,” says David Nilsson, CEO Visma Ski Classics.

“TVP Sport has been showing Visma Ski Classics competitions continuously for the last six years. We are excited to keep doing so at least for the next three seasons when we will keep hosting the best long-distance skiers on our channel. The events are produced and organized to a very high standard and gather more and more top-class skiers from year to year. Visma Ski Classics is not only a guarantee of high-quality sports competition but also an excellent form of promoting both cross-country skiing and an active lifestyle,” says Jarosław Idzi, TVP Deputy Head of Sports
