Silly Season: Alvar Johannes Alev Strengthens Team Nordic Jobs Worldwide

In a press release two weeks ago, Team Nordic Jobs Worldwide informed that the team would have a 100% Estonian team next season. Today, they announced that Alvar Johannes Alev is joining the Estonian Pro Team.

“He is fast, strong, and yes, he is joining us for the next season. He will bring us real firepower in the last races of the season,” says Pro Team Director Mart Kevin Põlluste on an Instagram post.

The 27-year-old Alev is an Estonian cross-country skier, represented his country at the 2022 Winter Olympics and was 15th place in the 4x10km relay, 33rd at the skiathlon, 35th at the 15km C race, and 36th at the 50km F mass start race. Alev has one Pro Tour event under his belt, La Sgambeda 2016, where he finished in the 41st position.
