Joar Thele leaves Team Ragde Charge but wants to continue in another Pro Team. What will be the new team for the Norwegian athlete?

The Norwegian Pro Tour skier, Joar Thele, who was in 6th place at Vasaloppet this year, announced that he is leaving Team Ragde Charge and wants to join another Ski Classics Pro Team.

Joar Thele was top 15 in three Pro Tour events during Season XIV, with 15th place at Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge, 12th at Summit 2 Senja, and his best result, 6th place at Vasaloppet. Thele finished Season XIV in the 23rd position overall at the Champion competition.

Joar Thele announced the news on his Instagram account:

“Thanks for the nice years @teamragdecharge. It’s been some pretty awesome years! I’m not part of the team anymore. What happens in the future will be exciting to see. I hope I can start next winter too. #ToBeContinued”

For ProXCskiing.com, Joar Thele mentioned that his next Pro Team is yet to be defined:

“I’m in dialogue with some teams. I haven’t signed anything yet, but I hope to know more in the next 1-2 weeks.”

During Season XIV, Joar Thele was a loyal support skier who kept his eyes open for possible breakaway attempts and assisted his team members as much as possible. His 6th place at Vasaloppet proved he could be more than just a helping hand. He is exceptionally tenacious and strong, and when the perfect day hits, he can finally be on the podium.

The Season XIV of Ski Classics Pro Tour consisted of 14 events on 10 event weekends in 6 different countries.
