Ski Classics presents: Ski or Die Season II

Pro Team
Ski Classics Ski or Die is the sports documentary following three official Pro Teams in their last preparations before the Pro Tour kicks off in December each year. It is now revealed which Pro Teams are featured in the second season of Ski or Die, with the premiere on November 22, 2024.

This season, Ski Classics Ski or Die features Ski Team Göhlins, Team Robinson Trentino, and Team Eksjöhus. Three different Pro Teams, from the young and hungry to the best long-distance skiers in the world. One thing that combines them all in their strive for greatness is that they are surrounded by passionate people who make it all possible.

The complete collection of Season II includes three episodes with extra material and personal portraits. We are thrilled to invite our fans deeper into the Ski Classics world!

Episode 1 – Ski Team Göhlins – Release November 22, 2024

First up is the Swedish Ski Team Göhlins, one of the younger Pro Teams in Ski Classics, where joy and fellowship are two core values. After last season, they were ranked as Pro Team number 28 in the overall standings. For season XVI, they recruited the experienced skier Johannes Eklöf, who had both a victory, a podium place, and many top results under his belt. The Pro Team embodies the spirit of “Gnosjöandan,” and behind them is a passionate local company from the deep Forests of Swedish Småland, dedicated to bringing long-distance skiing to the people.

Episode 2 – Team Robinson Trentino – Release November 29, 2024

The Pro Team director Bruno Debertolis wants to bring the Marcialonga victory back to Italy, a goal that keeps his fire going year after year. This Italian-based Pro Team has been a part of Ski Classics for many years. Debertolis’s ability to find new young Italian talents, giving them a professional gateway to long-distance skiing in a Pro Team with international flavor and experience, is one of his specialties. Get to know the persons in this Pro Team, where the meal traditions range from a 3-hour Italian three-course dinner to a fast-paced Scandinavian buffet plate.

Episode 3 – Team Eksjöhus – Release December 6 2024

Last year’s top Pro Team is an obvious choice for Season 2. Meet the shining and rising stars of this Pro Team, where professionalism and personal development have led the way to the throne of Ski Classics, being ranked as the number 1 Pro Team. How did they become the world’s best long-distance skiing team so quickly, and what is the success-recipe of their sports director Marthe Kristoffersen? Ski Classics Ski or Die takes you “behind the athlete” to get to know the person behind the professional facade and their personal stories that have shaped some of them into the best long-distance skiers in the world.

The first season of Ski Classics Ski or Die released one year ago, featured Team Ragde Charge, Lager 157 Ski Team, and the Czech Pro Team (at the time named) Vltava fund Ski Team. The complete season I, including all RAW cut interviews, is to be found on SC Play, the live-streaming and video platform of The Ski Community.
