Stian Berg, Team Kaffebryggeriet, has tested positive for Covid-19.
Like the rest of the team, Stian has been in entry quarantine since returning to Norway after Marcialonga. His general condition worsened, and he is now ill, writes Team Kaffebryggeriet on the Pro team’s Instagram.

Stian Berg took over the lead in the Sprint competition after Marcialonga, but now he has to focus on another challenge.

Team Kaffebryggeriet inform about the situation on their Instagram:
“Stian tested negative on all the eight tests taken in connection with the trip and the races we have participated in Central Europe this January, and at Gardermoen airport on the way home. Stian got symptoms two days after returning home and had the virus detected.”
“However, no one else in our team has any kind of symptoms, and the tests afterward have been negative. We hope, of course, that this is still the case when the quarantine period is over and that Stian recovers quickly.”
