Energamo Lipnolopet 2023

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Energamo Lipnolopet, took place this Saturday, October 7, with a 55km roller ski race in classic technique in the Czech Republic.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in the Czech Republic saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Thomas Bing, eD system Silvini Team, and Kateƙina Janatová, Czech National Team/eD system Silvini Team, won their respective races with solid performances.

Energamo Lipnolopet – Men’s Race

In the men’s event, a group of four athletes were in the lead for most of the race (Stanislav Ƙezáč, Jan Ć rail, Andreas Nygaard, and Thomas Bing). 

In the end, at the final climb, Thomas Bing, eD system Silvini Team, showed his summer form and made a move, winning the race solo in a total time of 2:10:49.0. 

Over a minute behind, the battle between two big names on the Ski Classics circuit was fierce. In a sprint to the line, Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, 1:07.3 behind the winner, followed by Stanislav Ƙezáč, Slavia pojiĆĄĆ„ovna Sport Team, completing the podium in the third position and 1:08.1 back.

  1. Thomas Bing, eD system Silvini Team, 2:10:49.0
  2. Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, +1:07.3
  3. Stanislav Ƙezáč, Slavia pojiĆĄĆ„ovna Sport Team, +1:08.1
  4. Jan Ć rail, Vltava Fund Ski Team, +4:37.1
  5. Václav Sedláček, eD system Silvini Team, +7:59.2

Energamo Lipnolopet – Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, the race was dominated by Kateƙina JanatovĂĄ, Czech National Team/eD system Silvini Team, leading solo from the beginning and winning the race with a total time of 2:38:08.1. 

KarolĂ­na GrohovĂĄ, eD system Silvini Team, finished in second place, 15:23.8 behind the winner, followed by Tereza HujerovĂĄ, Team Robinson Trentino, 16:08.6 back and completing the podium in the third position.
