Do You Want To Become The Head Coach For One Of The Norwegian’s Largest Cross-Country Ski Groups?
IL Heming will hire a new head coach for the athletes in the ‘Hovedlandsrennngruppa’ in the club. The HL group trains three to four times a week and has around 35 athletes.
“This is one of the largest HL groups in the country,” says IL Heming Sports Director Eivind Tonna.
“Our new trainer will have the main responsibility for this group, including planning, carrying out, and evaluating the group’s training. There will also be some follow-up and training planning for the group members, as well as attendance at important competitions,” he says.
See detailed description of work tasks and areas of responsibility further down in the article.
The club’s training sessions vary between running, rollerskiing, skiing, and strength and are normally run at Hemingbanen, Holmenkollen, and Hemingseter.
The club is now looking for a new head coach because the current coach is leaving, and the club must therefore find a replacement.
