“I’ve received a boost just by training with the team,” says Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, ahead of his season debut in Ski Classics, which will take place at the Italian 3 Zinnen Ski Marathon this weekend.
On Saturday, Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, starts his first competition in Ski Classics Season XV.
Alvar Myhlback will again be part of the Lager 157 Ski team next season. But the competition program for the upcoming winter is not set in stone.
Due to illness, Swedish Pro Tour athlete Alvar Myhlback will miss this weekend’s Ski Classics finale in Norway. Birkebeinerrennet was the season’s last race for the Lager 157 Ski Team athlete.
Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, is one of the promising Pro Tour talents. On Sunday, he finished in 8th place after having a support role for his teammate Emil Persson. For Alvar, this year’s Vasaloppet was just the beginning.
Alvar Myhlback has taken Ski Classics by storm. Last Friday, the 16-year-old won the sprint ahead of the Jizerská50, but the race on Sunday was not what Myhlback was waiting for, despite nothing wrong with his form. Now, two Pro Tour events await him in Orsa Grönklitt this weekend.
