53 nations are competing in cross-country skiing at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing. These are all the teams and all the racers.

The 53 national cross-country ski teams at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing vary greatly in size, experience and ambitions.

At one end of the spectrum there are teams including those of Norway, Sweden and Russia with maximum quotas of 16 racers (eight men and eight women) aiming for medals in all events. At the other end, small teams with one to five racers simply hoping to finish in style and with a personal best.

Each team can field up to four racers for each event.

The women open and close the cross-country skiing competitions this year: The first cross-country skiing event is the women’s skiathlon on Saturday, February 5. The last event is the women’s 30-kilometer mass start on Sunday, February 20.

These are all the teams and all the racers at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing.
