Beijing 2022: 10km Classic Start List And Favorites

Tomorrow, February 10, the women’s 10-kilometer classic technique race marks the fourth day of cross-country skiing events at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

A total of 98 women from 37 nations are confirmed to start tomorrow. Below you can check out your favorite cross-country skier from the start list.

Among the favorites for the Olympic gold, we can mention Therese Johaug from Norway, who won the 15-kilometer skiathlon with a crushing half-minute margin to another favorite, Natalia Nepryaeva from the Russian Olympic Committee and Overall World Cup leader. 

Norway also brings strong names like Tiril Udnes Weng, Lotta Udnes Weng, and Mathilde Myhrvold. Another Russia’s top names are Tatiana Sorina and Yulia Stupak, with good chances for the podium.

Frida Karlsson is another top favorite with Sweden’s teammate Ebba Andersson. After showing top performances at the women’s sprint, Americans Jessie Diggins and Rosie Brennan are also strong candidates. 

Keep attention to Krista Parmakoski and Kerttu Niskanen from Finland, Katharina Hennig from Germany, and the skiathlon bronze medalist Teresa Stadlober from Austria.
