Emma Ribom secured first place in the women’s sprint race in classic technique for Sweden at the Ruka cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the sprint race.

Emma Ribom (SWE) took first place at the Ruka sprint race in classic technique with a total time of 3:00.78. The Swedish cross-country skier was followed by Jonna Sundling, also from Sweden, 0.85 seconds back.

Kristine Stavås Skistad, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 1.81 seconds behind the winner. 

Frida Karlsson, from Sweden, and Linn Svahn, also from Sweden, round out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
