FIS Canceled All Competitions In Russia

The International Ski Federation (FIS) announced that it would cancel all competitions in Russia for the rest of the season.

On Friday, the news came from FIS that they are canceling this weekend’s competitions in the Skicross World Cup that should take place in Solnetjnaja Dolina in Russia.

It is now also announced that other international competitions in Russia will be canceled, such as the Cross-Country Skiing World Cup final, between 18-20 March.

Right now, it is unclear whether the competitions will be canceled or relocated to another place. FIS announces that they are working on it but that the focus now is to bring home all active people who are in place in Russia.
