by Ingeborg Scheve • 27.12.2021
Germany named 18 cross-country skiers to the upcoming Tour de Ski stage race.

The German ski association has selected ten women and eight men to Tour de Ski 2022.

Only Norway with 20 racers and Switzerland with 19 racers have bigger Tour de Ski teams than Germany this season.

Tour de Ski 2021/22 starts in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, on December 28 and ends in Val di Fiemme, Italy, on January 4. Here are all the Tour de Ski details and the day-by-day schedule

Tobias Angerer of Germany became the very first overall Tour de Ski champion. He won the 2007 Tour de Ski. That was also the last time a German skier won Tour de Ski, men or women. Check out the winners of all the previous 15 Tour de Ski editions.
