Håkonsen Ous and Myhre Sprint Winners at the Scandinavian Cup

Amalie Håkonsen Ous and Simen Myhre, both from Norway, dominated the sprint race at the Scandinavian Cross-Country Skiing Cup in Akureyri, Iceland. Results from the freestyle sprint.

Amalie Håkonsen Ous, from Norway, took home first place today in a close sprint finish at the Akureyri Scandinavian Cup. Jasmin Kahara, from Finland, snagged second place and Magni Smedås, from Norway, completed the podium in third place.

  3. Magni Smedås (NOR), 2:53.77

We saw a triple Norway’s podium in the men’s race, with Simen Myhre taking home first place. Gjøran Tefre snagged second place, and Pål Trøan Aune completed the stage in third place.
