New Job For Therese Johaug
“I feel I have a lot of knowledge after being in the game and the sport for so long. There are over 15 years of experience in the national team,” says Johaug to NRK.
Therese Johaug has already started a permanent job for her brand, Johaug. Now she is also looking forward to sharing knowledge with the TV viewers and helping to ensure that cross-country skiing continues to be strong in thousands of homes.
“I think it’s a very good opportunity to convey what I have in terms of knowledge to those sitting at home and watching,” she continues, according to NRK.
Among other things, NRK will broadcast the World Championships in Planica at the end of February. Now Johaug looks forward to following the races with expert eyes and believes there will be far more highlights in the coming season.
“The Norwegian Championships is very special, where the whole country and all the people gather. And then it will be very strange to be at Beitostølen during the opening race. It’s always a weekend you’ve been looking forward to and have little extra nerves about. It will be strange to be in the background,” says the retired cross-country skier to NRK.
