Norwegian team for Tour de Ski 2023/2024

Tour de Ski 2023/2024 starts on December 30, 2023. The Norwegian national team is now presented.

Now in its 18th edition, the Tour de Ski consists of seven competitions over nine days in three different locations and two countries, and it’s the fifth stage of the 2023/2024 cross-country skiing World Cup.

The event starts on Saturday, December 30, 2023, with a sprint in freestyle technique in Toblach, Italy, and ends on January 7, 2024, with a 10km Final Climb in freestyle technique in Val di Fiemme, Italy. See below the complete program for Tour de Ski 2023/2024.

In a press release, the Norwegian Ski Association has named their cross-country ski team for the upcoming Tour de Ski. Norway will start with 19 athletes. On the women’s side, Norway will start with 9 skiers. Already on the men’s side, 10 athletes will start for the Scandinavian country. 

According to the press release, “The Tour de Ski is the highlight of this cross-country skiing season,” says national team manager Ulf Morten Aune, and adds:

“After a good weekend with great skiing experiences in Trondheim, it is now training and preparations that apply. We are looking forward to the Tour with a squad that we believe will assert itself both overall and at individual races,” says Aune.
