Pärmäkoski Heading To Altitude Camp In Central Europe

by PROXCSKIING • 28.06.2022
Krista Pärmäkoski will not start at the Aateli Race today or in the national team camp in Vuokatti, Finland. Instead, Pärmäkoski heads to Central Europe for her high-altitude training camp.

“Therefore, the national team camp in Vuokatti and Aateli race will be missed this time. The season camp is designed so that the training camp days in the high altitude should be even and long enough. Of course, it is at least as important that you have time to recover between the camps, and therefore you can’t just move from camp to camp,” Pärmäkoski wrote on her Instagram account.

In August, the Finnish national team’s first high-altitude camp will be in Passo Lavaze, Italy.
