Blinkfestivalen day three was marked by a 10km mass start race for women and a 15km mass start race for men. The freestyle competition attracted a solid field to the start line in the city center of Sandnes. 

In the women’s competition, Linn Sömskar, Team Engcon, won the race in a total time of 20:19.5. Victoria Carl, Germany, finished in second place, 0.7 seconds behind the winner, and Eva Urevc, Slovenia, completed the podium in third place, 0.8 seconds back. 

In the men’s race, Arnaud Chautemps, France, won the race in a total time of 28:50.9. Federico Pellegrino, Italy, finished in second place, 0.2 seconds behind the winner, and Renaud Jay, France, completed the podium in third place, 0.9 seconds back.
