Sweden wins Relay for women at the Trondheim World Championships

The World Championships 2025 continued today in Trondheim, Norway, with a 4×7.5km relay in classic/freestyle technique for women. Check out the results.

Sweden (Emma Ribom, Frida Karlsson, Ebba Andersson, Jonna Sundling) showed their form and won the 4×7.5km relay race in classic/freestyle technique at the World Championships in Trondheim. Complete results from the women’s event.

Sweden (Emma Ribom, Frida Karlsson, Ebba Andersson, Jonna Sundling) took home first place today in the women’s relay race with a time of 1:15:41.5.

Norway (Heidi Weng, Astrid Øyre Slind, Therese Johaug, Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs) grabbed second place, 0.7 seconds back, and Germany (Pia Fink, Katharina Hennig, Helen Hoffmann, Victoria Carl) completed the podium in third place, 1:13.4 seconds behind the winners.

Finland (Johanna Matintalo, Kerttu Niskanen, Krista Parmakoski, Jasmi Joensuu) and Switzerland (Anja Weber, Nadja Kälin, Marina Kälin, Nadine Fähndrich) rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
