Sweden wins the women’s team sprint at the Davos World Cup

Sweden I (Emma Ribom and Jonna Sundling) secured first place in the women’s team sprint race in freestyle technique at the World Cup in Davos, Switzerland. Results from the women’s team sprint race.

Sweden I, with Emma Ribom and Jonna Sundling, won the team sprint today at the World Cup in Davos, with a total time of 15:54.3. Norway, with Astrid Øyre Slind and Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs, finished in second place, 3.7 seconds behind the winners.

Switzerland I, with Anja Weber and Nadine Fähndrich, completed the podium in third place 4.5 seconds back. 

Germany I (Laura Gimmler and Coletta Rydzek), and Germany I (Laura Gimmler and Coletta Rydzek), rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
