Unprecedented Brazilian Participation In Tour De Ski

The Swiss-Brazilian cross-country skier Steve Hiestand will be the first Brazilian in history to participate in a Tour de Ski.

This season in Davos, the 37-year-young skier, who competes internationally for Brazil, had his best World Cup results. In Switzerland, he got 104th place in the 15km Freestyle race and 105th place in the Sprint Freestyle event.

The former Brazilian national rowing team athlete dreams of taking part in the 2022 Winter Olympics and will do everything possible to achieve his classification.
