Victoria Carl wins the World Cup 10km race in Trondheim

Victoria Carl secured first place in the women’s 10km classic race for Germany at the Trondheim cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the 10km race.

Victoria Carl, from Germany, took first place at the Trondheim 10km interval start race in classic technique with a total time of 28:13.6. The German cross-country skier was followed by Rosie Brennan, from the USA, 19.6 seconds back.

Ebba Andersson, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 21.6 seconds behind the winner. 

Jessie Diggins, from the USA, and Kerttu Niskanen, from Finland, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
